摘要
为解决新开发轿车的后视镜振动问题,缩短新车开发周期,节省模具修改的费用,根据实际车型的外后视镜不同结构形式,以结构方案对比与计算机模拟仿真技术相结合的方式,按照"拆分结构—建立有限元模型—导入材料参数—约束系统—分析结果"的方法,对汽车外后视镜结构进行研究。通过对后视镜各种结构形式的振动模态分析,掌握了后视镜的材料参数和振动模态的数据,为后视镜开发选择合理的材料和结构形式提供了数据支撑。
The purpose of this paper is to improve the vibration of rear-view mirror, shorten new model car development time,and cut the cost of die modification. The structure of rear-view mirror is studied based on the different structure of rear-view mirror, structure design combined with computer simulation, and at the same time according to the method, such as separating structure, establishing FEM, putting into material parameters, restricting the system and analyzing the results. The material parameters and vibration modal data are obtained through analyzing the vibration modal for each structure of rear-view mirror, providing the data support for selecting available material and structure in the development of rear-view mirror.
