摘要
白车身尺寸偏差影响因素众多,难以识别和进行有针对性的整改。对试制时多批次数据,通过滤除由于批次间人员变动、零件整改及夹具调整造成的误差,将不同批次的数据用于焊装白车身尺寸偏差的构成因素分析。运用箱线图法剔除奇异点,使用简单数据平滑方法,分离出趋势信息用于查找整改方向,分离出随机波动信息用以评价焊装线制造过程能力指数。以白车身关键点为例,分析了构成测量数据超差的可归属原因和制造过程能力因素,并进行了针对性的整改,提升了精度。
BIW size deviation is influenced by many factors, it is difficult to identify and improve. The error caused by personnel changes, parts modification and jig adjustment should be eliminated. The data obtained from different batch is used to analyze BIW size deviation. Box line drawing method is used to remove the abnormal points, and using simple data smoothing method to find modification method, to evaluate capability of welding manufacturing. Taking BIW key points as an example, the capability factors in manufacturing process is analyzed, at the same time the modification is carried out to improve the precision.
