摘要
雨刮在实车曲面玻璃上运动始终伴随攻击角变化,雨刮噪声也是用户重点抱怨内容之一。通过试验对不同攻击角雨刮进行噪声采集,并结合时域和频域进行综合分析。结果表明,攻击角会对噪声产生影响。攻击角曲线往正角移动会带来雨刮刮片上行噪声增大,下行噪声减小;往负角移动会带来刮片下行噪声增大,上行噪声减小。因此设计初期需要使攻击角上下行尽量一致,不出现过大的角度,这样攻击角引起的噪声最小。
The movement of wiper on vehicle curved glass is bound to a change in attack angle all the time. The wiper noise is one of the serious complaints. Test is completed based on wipers with different attack angle, recording the noise date, and combines time domain, frequency domain to analyze the change of noise. The results indicate that attack angle will affect the wiper noise. When the curve of attack angle moves to positive angle position, the noise of wiper blade will increase from down to top and decrease from top to down. Whereas the curve of attack angle moves to negative angle position, the noise of wiper blade will increase from top to down and decrease from down to top. The movement of the attack angle from top to down is nearly equal, no big attack angle exists, the noise caused by attack angle is as less as possible.
