配FRP箍筋混凝土梁的抗剪性能研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 箍筋位于钢筋骨架最外侧,容易受到外界环境侵蚀而发生锈蚀,而采用纤维增强塑料(FRP)箍筋替代钢箍筋则可以有效解决该问题.与钢箍筋相比,FRP箍筋具有抗腐蚀性能优良、抗拉强度高、重量轻等优点,尤其适用于桥梁、水工等恶劣环境下的混凝土结构.20多年来,国内外针对FRP箍筋及配FRP箍筋的混凝土梁开展了较为系统的试验及理论研究.试验研究方面:得到了FRP箍筋的直径、弯曲段半径等对其弯拉强度的影响规律;研究了不同FRP箍筋配箍率对混凝土梁破坏模式与抗剪强度的影响.理论研究方面:借鉴钢筋混凝土梁抗剪模型的研究成果,提出了配FRP箍筋混凝土梁抗剪强度的设计计算方法.总结了上述有关研究成果,并对今后的研究方向进行了展望. Stirrups located at the most outside of reinforcement cages,are more susceptible to severe environment effects and be subjected to related deterioration.Utilizing fiber reinforced polymer stirrups instead of steel stirrups can solve the problem effectively.Compared with steel stirrups,fiber reinforced polymer stirrups exhibit excellent corrosion resistance,high tensile strength,light weight,and other advantages,are especially suitable for concrete structures in aggressive environments such as bridges and marine structures.During the last 20 years,extensive experimental and theoretical researches have been conducted to investigate the mechanical characteristics of fiber reinforced polymer stirrups and concrete beams with fiber reinforced polymer stirrups.Results obtained from experimental investigations include the influence rules of diameter and bending radius of fiber reinforced polymer stirrups on its flexural-tensile strength,as well as the influences of different fiber reinforced polymer stirrup ratios on the failure mode and shear capacity of concrete beams.Results obtained from theoretical investigations include that the designing and calculating methods of shear capacity of concrete beams with fiber reinforced polymer stirrups referring to the research results of shear models of concrete beams with fiber reinforced polymer stirrups.In this paper,the research results on the flexural-tensile strength of fiber reinforced polymer stirrups and shear behavior of concrete beams with fiber reinforced polymer stirrups are concluded,and the outlooks of future research directions are proposed.
