摘要
建设社会主义文化强国,关键是增强全民族的文化创造力。全面感知、互联互通、智慧服务,正在成为互联网时代和智慧城市的新常态。探索互联互通背景下的文化产业新业态,是中国提升文化软实力的重要内容。它包括:发展智慧互联的文化企业,打造文化生产的价值链;发展新型的服务平台链,集聚商业流、信息流和资金流等;发展文化科技研发链,以迭代更新增强产业核心竞争力;发展跨业融合的联动产业链,为相关产业等提供更多的增长动力。
The key point of socialist cultural power construction is to enhance national creativity. In the background of interconnection, we have to explore a new format of culture industry. It includes establishing intelligence and connected cultural companies, renewing the chain of cultural industry, promoting platform economy, gathering a large number of funds, information, technology and human resources, and at same time improving the competitiveness of the cultural industry through iteration innovation so as to contribute to entity economy and related industries through cross industry.
