摘要
我国文化产业的缘起与发展同发达国家文化产业盛兴的最根本的差异,在于对文化产业的价值判断和文化消费的社会价值取向不同。近年来我们更多地强调文化产业所能创造的经济价值,而在一定程度上忽视了文化产业的社会价值。在对社会主义价值观的弘扬和对中华民族文化的继承和传播上,文化产业发挥了其作用,但是政府在一定程度上的过度干预,也给文化产业的全面发展带来了阻力。而发达国家的文化产业起源于人文主义思潮洗礼下的对人性合理需求的满足,着重于对人性特征的无止境地探寻和对人类未来美好精神世界的求索与憧憬,更重视文化产品创造对市场需求的满足和更大程度上获取世界各国民众的喜欢,在资源开发上更突出对全人类优秀的文化资源的传承与弘扬。因此,应当转变我国文化产业的发展理念,站在全人类文化发展的高度,理性探索我们的文化产业理念、产业目标、产业动力以及产业发展模式,重构我们的文化产业价值判断体系,使得我们的文化产业真正成为可持续的绿色产业。
The most fundamental difference between the origin and development of China' s cultural industry with that of developed countries lies in the value judgment on the cultural industries and social value orientation of cultural consumption. In recent years we have put more emphasis on the economic value that of cultural industries could create, while neglected the social value of the cultural industry to some extent. The cultural industry has played its role in promoting socialist values and inheriting and spreading Chinese traditional culture, but the over- intervention of the government to some degree has brought resistance in the overall development of cultural undertakings. However, cultural industries in developed countries were sprung from meeting the reasonable human needs after being severely tested by humanism, focusing on the endless search for the characteristics of human nature and quest for the bright future of human spiritual world, which attach more importance to the creation of cultural products to meet the market demand and gain the people' s preference all over the world to a greater extent, and highlight inheriting and promoting the outstanding cultural resources of all mankind in terms of the resource development. Therefore, we should change the concept of China' s cultural industry development, explore reasonably its concept, industrial objectives, industrial power and industrial development from the standpoint of the cultural development of the whole mankind, and reconstruct the value judgment system of China' s cultural industry, making it truly sustainable and green.
