摘要
试验设计了不同培养条件(培养箱、简易温室、塑料膜覆盖)来观察微齿眼子菜、丝叶眼子菜、穿叶眼子菜、小眼子菜、布氏轮藻、苦草和刺苦草7种沉水植物的越冬表现和生长状况,结果显示7种植物在3种人工条件下均能够越冬,其中小眼子菜和布氏轮藻在该3种条件下存活率均为100%;在一定的光照强度下,微齿眼子菜、穿叶眼子菜、苦草、刺苦草的(茎)长度、生物量和分枝数均随温度的升高显著增加(P<0.01),而小眼子菜的分枝数随温度升高显著减少(P<0.01)。
The study was conducted to observe the overwintering ability and growth performance of seven submerged plants(Potamogeton maackianus,P.filiformis,P.perfoliatus,P.pusillus,Chara braunii,Vallisneria natans,and V.spinulosa,respectively)that were cultured under different conditions,including opening in winter,in plastic house,and in the artificial climate incubator,respectively.The results showed that all the species can survive through winter under these conditions.Among the seven plants,P.pusillus and C.braunii had 100% survivals under all the three treatments.Under certain light intensity,the stem length,biomass and branche numbers of P.maackianus,P.perfoliatus,V.natans,and V.spinulosa increased significantly(P〈0.01)as temperature increased.The branche numbers of P.pusillusdecreased significantly(P〈0.01)as temperature increased.
