摘要
文章利用SWOT分析法对国外数字文化遗产建设问题进行了探讨,通过调研阿尔伯特·爱因斯坦文档数字化项目、新西兰数字文化遗产Commons项目和Europeana项目,梳理出国外数字文化遗产建设项目中的4项共性问题,并进一步从争取多方财政支持、注重沟通与协作、打造新技术环境和完善知识产权保护4个方面分析了国外数字文化遗产建设项目对我国的启示。
The article discusses the construction of foreign cultural heritage digitization projects through SWOT analysis, researchs the Albert Einstein Archives Digitization Project, NLNZ Commons Project and Europeana Project, points out four general problems, and analyzes the implications of it from seeking multi-financial support, running collaboration and cooperation, building new technical enviroment and improving intellectual property protection.
