A Study on SMU Library's Space Evaluation Based on Ethnographic Methods

摘要人种志法是研究者深入研究群体的实地观察研究方法,该研究方法为图书馆空间评估工作开展提供了新视角。SMU图书馆受人种志方法启发,开创了区域细分评估及整体总览评估的空间评估新体系,并运用至其信息共享空间评估,对国内图书馆空间评估有着启迪意义。 Ethnographic approach is the filed survey method for researchers to study on the users, and the method provides a new way for library carrying out space evaluation. SMU Library innovates its space evaluation by building a new evaluation system, and applies it to information commons evaluation, which gives inspiration for domestic libraries.
