In view of the target of how to realize continous development for SWA,measures have been put forward as follows: production process should be controlled seriously, product quality and rate of finished products should be improved, marketing strategy should be innovated, marketing neck bottle competitiveness should be expanded, and the "quality first" can be regarded as the key factor of survival and development for enterprise.
