现代商业企业为提升核心竞争力不断在物流管理上大作文章,目的就是以最小化的物流成本实现产品在购、运、存、销等环节中供应水平的最大化提升,实现物流成本、服务两方面竞争优势的状态平衡。文中主要分析了商业企业物流管理模式的几个种类,并针对当前我国商业企业物流管理的存在问题,提出了商业企业如何优化物流模式的相应策略。

The modern business enterprise to enhance the core competitiveness of the logistics management in the article, the purpose is to minimize the logistics cost in the purchase of products, transport, storage, marketing level of supply in the process to maximize, realize the logistics cost, the balance of the two aspects of service competitive advantage. This paper mainly analyzes several kinds of logistics management mode of commercial enterprises, and for the current problems of China’s commercial enterprise logistics management, and put forward the corresponding strategies on how to optimize the mode of logistics business enterprise.
