淘宝网第三方物流发展策略研究

摘要 随着淘宝网上销售的火爆,第三方物流迅速崛起。然而第三方物流产业在快速发展的同时,也暴露出了许多问题,诸如快递公司缺乏战略意识、定位模糊、仓储中心规模小、物流基础设施落后、从业人员素质低、配送服务质量差、员工忠诚度低、客户投诉率频繁等,促使第三方物流与淘宝买家、卖家的矛盾不断加深。物流配送体系是关系到网上购物能否顺利进行的关键,第三方物流公司的好坏同时也决定了淘宝卖家的命运。因此文中通过找出第三方物流公司的问题并加以解决,以期对第三方物流、淘宝卖家、淘宝网起到一定的作用。 As the taobao online sales unpopular, the third party logistics rapid rise. But the third party logistics industry in rapid development at the same time, also has exposed many problems, such as express delivery company lack of strategic awareness, positioning fuzzy, storage center small scale, backward logistics infrastructure, staff quality low, poor quality of distribution service, employee loyalty, frequent customer complaints, etc., to the contradiction between the third party logistics and taobao buyers and sellers. Logistics distribution system is the key to the relationship to the online shopping can be smoothly, the stand or fall of the third party logistics company also decides the fate of the taobao sellers. Therefore this article through to find and solve problems of the third party logistics company, in order to the third party logistics, taobao, taobao play a role.
