摘要
在市场经济不断发展的背景下,中小企业对我国国民经济发展的重要性逐渐突出出来,并成为了国民经济非常重要的一部分。其中,物流管理是中小企业重要的环节,直接影响着中小企业稳定健康发展,所以探究中小企业物流管理的现状及改善措施具有非常重要的作用。基于此,文中首先论述中小企业发展中强化物流管理的重要意义,然后再分析当前中小企业物流管理的现状,最后再根据实际情况提出中小企业物流管理的改善措施。
In the continuous development of the market economy background, the importance of small and medium-sized enterprises in China’s national economic development is gradually outstanding, and has become a very important part of the national economy. Among them, the logistics management is an important part of small and medium-sized enterprises, directly affects the stable and healthy development of small and medium-sized enterprises, so the research on current situation and improvement measures of logistics management of small and medium-sized enterprises play a very important role. Based on this, this paper the author first discusses the importance of strengthening the management of small and medium enterprises in the development of logistics, and then analysis the current situation of logistics management in small and medium sized enterprises at present, and then based on the actual situation of SMEs logistics management improvement measures.
