摘要
派送是终端快递企业完成对客户快递服务的核心环节,也是快递服务质量优劣的直接体现。当前,快递企业在快件末端派送面临了种种问题,其中既有快递企业自身业务运作方面的原因,也有收件客户方面的客观限制。文中认为,快递企业建设派送终端时应充分考虑服务质量、服务成本、客户需求等方面的因素,在充分尊重客户权力的同时,以多种不同模式满足客户收件需求。
Delivery is the core link of the customer service completion for the terminal express enterprise, and also is the directly show of express service quality. At present, express enterprises are facing all sorts of problems in the terminal express delivery, some reasons are business operations of the express enterprise their own, some are objective constraints of the received customers. This paper argues that, the express enterprise should fully consider the factors of service quality, service cost and customer demand,and meet customer demand receipt both in a variety of different models and in full respect of customer power, when construction delivery terminal.
