我国财产保险公司经营绩效综合评价研究

Property Insurance Company Operating Performance Evaluation Research in China

文中建立我国财产保险公司经营绩效评价指标体系,包含偿付能力、盈利能力、营运能力和成长能力四个方面,综合运用"层次分析法"对所选取的9家样本财产保险公司的经营绩效进行了综合评价。从研究结果可知,相对于外资产险公司的经营绩效整体较好来说,中资产险公司的排名都整体较为靠后;相对外资产险公司来说,中资产险公司在盈利能力和营运能力方面表现较好,但在偿付能力方面还存在一定的差距。

In this paper, we set up our country property insurance company operating performance evaluation index system, consists of solvency, profitability, operation ability and growth ability from four aspects, the integrated use of the analytic hierarchy process（ahp） to select the nine samples of property insurance company business performance has carried on the comprehensive evaluation. We known from the results, compared with the foreign property insurance company business performance has good overall, Chinese property insurance company’s ranking is more on the whole; Relative foreign property insurance company, a Chinese property company in terms of profitability and operation ability is good, but there is still a big gap between the in terms of solvency.
