摘要
随着经济全球化和竞争格局多元化的加速发展,各国公司都认识到成本的控制才是推动企业经营管理的动力。中小企业如何有效的控制生产成本成为决定企业能否生存的主要因素,文中总结了中小企业在生产成本控制中存在的普遍问题,并提出了相应的管理对策。
With the accelerating development of the economic globalization and pluralistic competitive pattern,All companies around the world recognize that cost control is the impetus of enterprise management. How to effectively control the cost of production become the main determinant of the survival of enterprise. This paper summarizes the common problems existing in the production cost control in minor enterprises, and put forward corresponding management countermeasures.
