构建江苏战略性新兴产业竞争优势的市场化路径 被引量:2

摘要 文中分析了江苏在发展战略性新兴产业过程中存在的主要问题,从政府视角分析存在着过度干预,没有充分发挥市场对资源配置的决定性作用。在借鉴分析美国、芬兰、日本在发展和构建新兴产业竞争优势的成功经验及有关教训的基础上,依据波特构建产业竞争优势的有关观点,提出构建江苏战略性新兴产业竞争优势的市场化路径,即有选择性地辅助企业尽快发现新市场;培育本土对新兴产业的市场需求;创新商业模式;构建新兴产业特色优势。 This article analyzes the existing main problems in the process of development strategic emerging industries of Jiangsu. From government perspective, it has excessive intervention and market cannot full play the decisive role on the resources allocation. On the basis of successful experience and lessons in reference to analysis of the United States, Finland, Japan in developing and building new industry competitive advantage, and Porter’s viewpoint on this aspect, the article puts up the marketizing paths for the problem, that is, selectively assist enterprises to find new market as soon as possible,cultivate the local demands to the new industries,innovate the commercial modes, construct the new industries with unique features.
