This paper according to the current situation of the development of logistics in Taizhou with the orientation of talent demand ＂is proposed, based on ability, to serve the local economy for the purpose of＂ educational philosophy, and taking Taizhou Vocational and Technical College as an example, from the talent training mode innovation of management system and mechanism innovation, and other aspects of the professional characteristics.
