莞深地区高职港口与航运管理专业人才需求分析

Analysis on Demand for Higher Vocational Talent of Port and Shipping Business Management Major in Dongguan & Shenzhen of China

文中立足莞深地区经济发展和产业转型升级需求,依托珠三角发达的港口航运业,结合高职教育特点,以就业为导向,对高职港口与航运管理专业的就业状况、岗位需求、就业方向和教育状况作了调查分析,指出毕业生要在港航企业中取得长远的发展,除了掌握基本的专业能力,更应该经过大学的学习,具备包含专业能力、社会能力和方法能力在内的综合能力,进而提出我国高职港航专业的人才培养路径。

In this paper, based on regional economic development and the requirement of the industrial transformation and upgrading, based on the developed shipping industry of the Pearl River Delta of China, combined with the characteristics of higher vocational and technical education, taken the employment as the guidance, the current condition of Port and Shipping Business Management major in higher vocational and technical education is analyzed, whereas, the employment environment, post demand and employment direction are also analyzed. Then, this paper points out that： the graduates should obtain comprehensive abilities which include professional ability, social ability and method ability through college study, in addition to master the basic professional ability, then,put out the way to the talent training innovation in polytechnics.
