摘要 内蒙古某钼矿石含钼0.10%,钼主要以辉钼矿的形式存在。为开发利用该矿石,以水玻璃、氧化钙、巯基乙酸钠为抑制剂,煤油+变压器油为捕收剂,5#油为起泡剂,对其采用1粗1精3扫浮选,获得的粗精矿经1粗7精2扫浮选、中矿顺序返回的流程进行选别,获得了钼品位为41.81%、回收率为87.69%的钼精矿,为开发利用该矿石提供了技术依据。 There is 0. 10% molybdenum in a molybdenum ore in Inner Mongolia. Molybdenum mainly exists in form of molybdenite. In order to develop and utilize the ore, using sodium silicate, calci- um oxide, sodium thioglycolic as acid inhibitor, kerosene + transformer oil as collector, 5# oil as frot- her, through one roughing-one cleaning-three scavenging operation, and the rough concentrate through one roughing-seven cleaning-two scavenging flotation process, and middles back to the flowsheet in turn, molybdenum concentrate with 41.81% molybdenum and 87.69% recovery is obtained, which provide technical basis for the development and utilization of the ore.
