血栓后综合征（post-thrombotic syndrome,PTS）是下肢深静脉血栓形成（deep venous thrombosis,DVT）最常见的并发症,近年来随着静脉血栓栓塞症（venous thromboembolism,VTE）发病率的增加,PTS的发病率也逐渐增加而受到关注。据估计每年有0.7‰~2‰的VTE发生,近1/3的患者为60岁以上人群。
