实现中国梦,要求我们培育和践行社会主义价值观,要求汇聚正能量。要汇聚正能量,必须坚持正确的价值标准和价值导向,价值本质决定价值标准和价值导向,所以必须重视价值本质问题。在价值本质问题上,我国占主导地位的是满足需要论。这种观点认为,价值的本质就是满足需要,但是需要并非都是合理的,按照这种观点,不仅满足合理的需要是有(正)价值的;满足不合理需要,也有正价值。这就不利于汇聚正能量,不利于实现中国梦和培育践行社会主义核心价值观。效应价值论认为,价值本质是善的,价值是主客体相互作用产生的积极效应,能使主体和客体发展完善,更加美好。坚持这一观点,有利于汇聚正能量,有利于实现中国梦,培育和践行社会主义核心价值观。

Achieving the Chinese dream requires us to cultivate and carry out socialist values and gather positive energy, and therefore it is critical for us to hold onto the right standard and orientation of value, which are decided by the value essence that we should lay much stress on. As far as the value essence is concerned, the dominant idea in China is to meet the demands. Since not all the demands are reasonable, the satisfaction of both the reasonable and unreasonable ones is rendered with positive value, which obviously brings some disadvantages to gather positive energy, achieve the Chinese dream and develop the socialist core value in practice. The theory of effect value considers that the core of values, which is virtuous, would produce an active effect resulting from the interaction of subjective and objective bodies and leading to the perfection of both parts. Holding onto the view is beneficial for gathering positive energy, achieving the Chinese dream and develop socialist core values in practice.
