光栅温度传感系统的设计与应用

摘要 系统地分析光纤光栅传感原理及技术特点,综合提出一种采用可调谐滤波器的波长解调方案。由于可调谐滤波器输入输出具有非线性的特点,且随时间、温度发生变化,所以系统中加入透射型标准具对其进行实时标定。在一个扫描周期中,标准具透射等间隔的窄带波峰,通过测量每个扫描周期标准具输出的窄带波峰,即可对可调谐滤波器进行标定。系统中采用DSP作为信号采集装置,通过USB 2.0口将采集数据传送给PC机,进行数据处理和图形显示。 The fiber grating sensing principle and technology character are systematically analysed and then a scheme of wavelength demodulation with tunable filter is put forward. As the input and output of the tunable filter are nonlinear and change-ful with time and surrounding temperature,an AERF (athermal etalon reference filter) is added to the system which can cali-brate the tunable filter in real time. During a scanning period,the AERF outputs a set of equal interval narrowband peaks mea-sured in every scanning period,so the tunable filter is calibrated. DSP performs as signal gathering device in the system. The gathered data are transferred to the host PC through USB2.0 interface in high speed mode. The host PC is responsible for the later data processing and the graphic display.
