摘要
针对该拉伸件需正、反向拉伸的结构特点进行工艺分析,确定其拉伸、冲裁、冲孔、翻边、极爪切破、成形等工序过程和进行级进模排样设计方案的选择及模具主要工作零件设计、模具总装结构的设计。
In view of the drawing parts need to be positive and reverse the structure characteristics of the process analysis, to determine its drawing, blanking, piercing and flanging, a claw cut broken and forming process and the selection of layout design of progressive die and the structure of the die design, main parts die assembly design.
