在电子产品的设计中,超薄液晶产品有越来越多的需求,不锈钢部件的材料厚度越来越薄,平整度要求越来越高,薄型不锈钢部件平整度的控制有很大难度,通过对材料打麻点的方式减少材料的变形和弯曲,使不锈钢冲压件平整度提高,达到使用要求。
In the designing of electronic products, uhra-thin liquid crystal display products have put forward more and more requirements, among which is the straightness of stainless steel parts. Nevertheless, the fact that the materials of the stainless steel parts get thinner and thinner makes it significantly difficult to control the straightness of the thin stainless steel. Hitting hemps on the materials, a method that can mitigate the bend and distortion of the materials, helps enhance the straightness of the stainless steel stamping parts to satisfy the requirements for use.
