摘要
以某知名汽车零部件供应商开发的一款包胶轴承为例,针对其塑件结构多筋、存在倒拔锁扣、塑件直线度、圆度要求高、材料收缩变形大等一系列问题进行结构特点和成型难点分析,解决了倒拔锁扣脱模难,轴承侧壁直线度不良等问题,并确定了顶出过程中先为强脱让位再强脱的设计方案。通过本课题的研究和论述,使读者增强对模具结构创新的认识,改善传统模具设计思路,为以后的模具设计提供新方法,新理念。
In this paper, a famous automobile parts suppliers to develop a rubber bearing as an example, there are a series of problems such as many reinforcing rib on its products structure, and exist undercut, as well as products require high straightness and roundness, in addition have a big material shrinkage deformation structure characteristics and molding difficuhy analysis. Solve the undercut and draft angle pull hard, bearing wall bad straightness and so on, determine the ejection process for force ejection space to force ejection the design scheme. Through this topic research and discuss, make readers to understand the mold structure innovation, improve the traditional mold design thinking, provide a new way,new idea for the following mold design.
