基于区域经济发展需求的研究生培养对策

Postgraduate Cultivation Strategies Based on the Requirements of Regional Economic Development

以京津冀协同发展过程中对高层次人才的需求为导向,通过对区域经济发展的前景与研究生培养现状的分析,提出了按不同需求分类定位研究生培养目标和发展方向、完善研究生培养质量监控体系建设、规范研究生培养的过程管理、加强研究生课程体系建设与研究等对策,以期推动研究生培养工作的改革与创新,满足区域经济发展对高层次人才的需求。

Oriented by the demand for higher level talents in the process of Jing-Jin-ji collaborative development, analysis is conducted on the prospects for regional economic development and current situation of postgraduate training;establish the goal for postgraduate training based on different demands;plan for development direction;improve quality control systems;standardize postgraduate training management;strengthen the system construction and research, etc. We should promote postgraduate education reform and innovation and create a new atmosphere of postgraduate growth adjustable to the new situation in order to meet the demand of regional economic development for high-level talents.
