社会支持理论在未成年人社区矫正中的应用——以上海闵行区为例

Application of Social Supporting Theory to Juveniles' Community Corrections——Taking Shanghai Minhang District as an Example

未成年社区矫正对象特殊的社会地位使其需要更广泛和深入的社会支持。社会支持理论在未成年人社区矫正中的应用研究,不仅是影响未成年人在社区矫正过程中的身心发展和再社会化的重要因素,而且能为优化未成年人社区矫正提供理论上的支持。当前,上海闵行区涉罪未成年人的社区矫正面临着矫正人员不足,情感抚慰缺失,支持结构匮乏等一系列问题,控制和减少未成年人再次犯罪,实现社区矫正目的,需要整合社会资源,调动社会成员的参与性,从物质与情感等多方面提供社会支持。

Due to their special social status, the juveniles in community corrections need more extensive and in-depth so-cial support. The study on application of social supporting theory to the community corrections will not only become an important factor in affecting juveniles＇ physical and mental development and their re-socialization in the process of com-munity corrections, but also provide theoretical support for the optimization of juveniles＇ community corrections. Current-ly, the community corrections for the juveniles involved in crimes in Shanghai Minhang District are facing a series of problems such as shortage of staff, absence of emotional appeasement and lack of supporting structure. In order to control and reduce juvenile to commit crime again and to attain the goal of community corrections, we need to integrate social resources, mobilize social members＇ participations and gain social supports from physical and emotional aspects.
