Research on Expanding the Investigative Measures in the Informatized and Dynamic Situation

在公安信息化和"社会由相对静态封闭向全面动态开放的重大转变"的社会条件下,公安机关面临着信息化、动态化迅速发展的新形势和新型犯罪高发的新挑战。因此,有必要系统总结信息化、动态化条件下犯罪的新特点及成因,研究信息化、动态化条件下打击犯罪的难点,厘清传统侦查措施与现代侦查方法的关系,进一步拓展侦查措施和方法,为公安机关在信息化、动态化条件下高效打击犯罪、维护社会安全稳定提供理论借鉴。

On the social condition of informatized policing and that “the society changed from being relatively static and closed to be completely dynamic and opened”, police departments are facing the new situation caused by the rapid development of informatization and dynamic, as well as the new challenge from frequent new-type crimes. Therefore, it＇s necessary to generalize the characteristics and causes of these new crimes, study the difficult points of combating the crimes, while clarifying the relations between the traditional and modern investigative measures and expanding the measures, so as to provide theoretical reference for police departments to beat crimes effectively and maintain social security and stability in the informatized and dynamic situation.
