摘要
实验调查了在养殖水体中施用14.99 g/m3(10 kg/亩)的生石灰后,对河蟹胃、肝胰腺淀粉酶、脂肪酶和血清T-SOD(总超氧化物歧化酶)、POD(酚氧化酶),AKP(碱性磷酸酶)、ACP(酸性磷酸酶)的影响.研究结果表明:施用生石灰后,河蟹胃淀粉酶、脂肪酶和血清TSOD、POD活性无显著变化(P>0.05),而肝胰腺淀粉酶、脂肪酶活性分别从1.01±0.28 U/g prot、52.3±18.5 U/g prot升高到了3.39±1.00 U/g prot和161.2±39.7 U/g prot(P<0.05),血清AKP、ACP活性分别从0.66±0.14金氏单位/100 m L、0.63±0.19 U/100 m L,升高到了1.15±0.32金氏单位/100 m L和1.10±0.33 U/100 m L(P<0.05).
The study was conducted to investigate effects of quicklime on the activities of digestive enzymes and immunity function in Eriocheir sinensis. After 9 hour when quicklime 14. 99g/m^3 was added into the culturing water, no significantly change was observed in amylase and lipase activities in stomach and T-SOD( total superoxide dismutasetotal) and POD(phenol oxidase)activities in serum of Eriocheir sinensis(P 〉0. 05). Amylase and lipase activities in hepatopancreas significantly increased from 1. 01 ± 0. 28 U/gprot and 52. 3 ± 18. 5 U/gprot to 3. 39 ± 1. 00 U/gprot and 161. 2 ± 39. 7 U/gprot, respectively ( P 〈0. 05 ) . AKP ( alkaline phosphatase) and ACP( acid phosphatase) activities in serum significantly increased from 0. 66 ± 0. 14 King unit/100mL and 0. 63 ± 0. 19 U/100mL to 1. 15 ± 0. 32 King unit/100mL and 1. 10 ± 0. 33 U/100mL, respec-tively(P〈0. 05).
