Access to Exit Information System Innovation of Jilin Affordable Housing

为提高吉林省保障性住房工作效率,运用管理信息系统业务重组的基本方法,对现有系统进行改进与创新.主要提出的创新点有:准入与分配系统自动化的完善、用户层级与访问权限的明确、逐级分配体系与自动分配模式的创新、退出模块的改进、动态监管的创新等.希望通过对此系列的研究,能更好地帮助吉林省保障性住房相关部门在未来几年的保障性住房工作中,公平、公开、公正地有序进行.

To improve the efficiency of affordable housing in Jilin Province,using the basic method of business reorganization of management information system to improve and innovate the existing system. The main innovations：improve the automation of access and distribution system,make clear the user- level and access rights,innovate progressive distribution system and automatic assign mode of distribution improve the exit mode,innovate the dynamic regulation and so on. This paper hope to help the relevant departments of Jilin affordable housing to work with fair,open and impartial attitude in the next few years through these series research.
