中医药在血脂异常与动脉粥样硬化中的应用研究概述

Review on the Application and Researches for Traditional Chinese Medicine in Dyslipidemia and Atherosclerosis

血脂异常是动脉粥样硬化的病理基础,是心脑血管疾病发生发展的危险因素,有效控制血脂水平及延缓动脉粥样硬化的形成在防治心脑血管疾病发生发展中十分重要;中医药作用广泛,在纠正血脂异常及抗动脉粥样硬化方面疗效确切,成为国内外研究关注的热点。本文就近年来对血脂异常与动脉粥样硬化机制的研究,中药单体及复方在调脂、抗动脉粥样硬化中的研究进行简要概述。

Dyslipidemia is the pathological basis of atherosclerosis,as wel as risk factor for the development of cardiovascular diseases.Effective control of lipid levels and delay the formation of atherosclerosis is very important in terms of prevention and treatment of cardiovascular disease.Effect of traditional Chinese medicine is widespread.Chinese medicine is effective in correcting dyslipidemia and anti atherosclerotic.Chinese medicine research become a hot topic of research at home and abroad.This article makes a brief review of recent research on the study of dyslipidemia and atherosclerosis mechanism as wel as Chinese medicine monomer and compound Chinese medicine research in adjusting lipids,anti atherogenic aspects.
