基于人类发展指数的三门峡市经济社会发展研究

Research of Sanmenxia City's Economic and Social Development Based on the Human Development Index

通过调查研究,选取1990、2000及2010年三个有代表性的年份分析三门峡人类发展指数的变化以及原因,促进三门峡人类发展水平的建议有:争取政策支持、发挥区域优势以发展经济,提升区域人力资源素质,着手提升区域人类发展水平,推进经济社会的可持续发展。

Through investigation and study of Sanmenxia city in HeNan province, choosing three typical years of 1990, 2000 and 2010 and analysising the changes and reasons of sanmenxia＇s human development index, the suggestions to promote the level of sanmenxia＇s human development are as follows： striving for policy support, giving play to regional advantages to develop the economy, increasing investment of medical care and education of scientific research, enhancing the quality of regional human capital, establishing the plan as a whole idea, promoting the sustainable development of economic and social, resources and environment,etc, enhancing the level of regional human development and promoting economic and social sustainable development.
