摘要
民族团结教育是学校教育的重要内容,民族理解是民族团结的起点和根本。以理解理论为支撑的多民族团结教育旨在消除中学生间的民族误解,增进团结。以理解理论为支撑的多民族理解行动,具体应用理解教育理论,形成"学、说、唱、做"的实践形态,通过理解的道德性、感情性、实践性和创新性的交互作用以消除中学生间民族误解,增进理解,进而促进民族团结与社会和谐。实施促进民族团结与社会和谐的素质教育,促进相互理解和自我理解的达成,收到良好的效果。研究证明,民族团结教育可以通过科研课题引领与推动、校本课程开发与充实、理解共同体创建与完善、多民族理解校园文化培育等路径进一步提升和推动。
The national unity education is an important part in school education while the understanding of ethnic groups and affairs is the starting point and foundation of national unity. The education of multi - ethnic unity based on the theory of understanding aims at e- liminating ethnic misunderstandings and enhancing ethnic understanding among middle school students. This paper is based on an action research in a middle school in Changji City of Xinjiang. The application of the understanding - based theory results in the practical ap- proach of "learning, speaking, singing and acting" with the features of practicability, morality, emotional exchanges and innovation, which as a kind of workable quality education aims to promote national unity and social harmony as well as mutual understanding and self - understanding among these students themselves. This research concludes that the improvement of the national unity education re- lies on the guidance of the related research projects, the reform of the school curriculums, a better understanding of the community con- struction and campus culture.
