摘要
受应试教育影响,"艺考生"的思想品德教育无形中被忽略,存有弱化现象。培养"德艺双馨"的文艺人才,就必然强化"艺考生"的思想品德教育。为此,学校要克服"一厢情愿"、"单兵作战"倾向和"快餐文化"影响,"养成教育"持久化、系统化、可行化、常规化,实现"育人为先";家庭应平等对话,和谐家庭教育氛围,家长该洁身自好,发挥榜样示范作用;社会要加大监管力度,发挥社区教育平台,注重社会环境熏陶,优化育人环境;学生应加强自我修养,摆脱"功利"影响,凸显主体意识。最终建立学校、家庭、社会和学生的有效"联动机制",形成正面的"联动效应"。
Affected by the exam -oriented education, art examinees' ideological and moral education was virtually ignored and weakened. To foster literary and art talents with both performing skills and moral integrity, the ideological and moral education of those art examinees is bound to be strengthened. In order to achieve this goal, schools should educate its students in a persistent, systematic, feasible and routinized way and making the students the first priority; families should have equal dialogues among family members and create a harmonious atmosphere in family education; parents should play a role of model demonstration to their children; the society should enhance the supervision of those education platforms and optimize the whole educational environment; and the students themselves should reinforce the selfcultivation and get rid of the utilitarian influence. All parties involved should make a joint effort to form an effective linkage mechanism and realize a positive linkage effect accordingly
