摘要
采用300W光纤传导脉冲激光对眼镜镜架进行焊接实验。通过优化离焦量、激光峰值功率、脉冲宽度等激光焊接工艺参量,得到最佳的焊缝外观效果,拉力和扭力测试结果表明:拉力可以达到350N,正反扭转20次不断裂。为进一步综合考虑实际生产的焊接外观与焊接效率,优化设计焊接速度与脉冲频率之间的关系。
We used 300 Wpulsed laser which is transmitted by fiber to conduct welding experiments on spectacle frame.By optimizing the laser welding process parameters such as the level of defocus,the peak power of laser,pulse width etc,we obtain the best appearance of the welding line.The results of tension and torsion test show that the tension can reach350 Nand it can reverse twist 20 times without breaking.Furthermore,considering the appearance and efficiency of welding in actual production,we optimize the relationship welding speed and pulse frequency.
