摘要
国内生产的预应力刻痕钢丝由于原材料、生产工艺、稳定化热处理技术等条件的限制,强度、塑性、松弛、平直度等指标与国际标准有相当大的差距。本工艺主要是通过采用双张紧轮稳定化处理新技术、钢丝定径刻痕新技术、刻痕刀头冷却技术、可调节式导入管收线技术等一系列创新技术,使高性能预应力钢丝的抗拉强度、伸长率、反复弯曲次数、松弛率等多项性能指标有了显著提高。
Because of the restriction in raw material,production process,stabilized heat treatment technology and other conditions,strength,plasticity,relaxation,straightness index of the pre-stressed steel wire produced domestically can hardly meet the international standard.The processing technology discussed in this essay significantly improves the tensile strength,elongation,repeated bending times and relaxation rate of the high performance pre-stressed steel wire by using the dual tensioning wheel stabilizing technology,wire sizing notch technology,nick cutter head cooling technology,adjustable inlet pipe winding technology and a series of innovative technology.
