本文根据新形势下高职学生的生源变化,引入管理学上的马斯洛需求理论进行分析,对不同生源特点学生提出了加强就业教育、励志教育、专业建设、校园文化建设等对策,需求理论与分类引导首次应用到学生工作,具有较大的创新性和实用性。

Under the new situation,higher vocational college students come from different background,so Maslow＇s demand levels theory can be introduced into student management to guide students separately.This essay proposes some strategies for employment education,student inspiration,specialty construction and campus culture construction,etc.The practice shows that the demand theory and separate guidance of students are very practical,creative and helpful.
