摘要
在强调工学结合的高职教育环境下,高职大英教师的专业发展面临专业边缘化、课程边缘化、数字化学习、缺乏企业经历等挑战。高职大英教师应以提升人文精神促进自身的专业情意健全,以反思性实践引领教学研,组建教学团队,成为数字化教师,发展复合化为路径,来推动自身专业发展。
As vocational colleges emphasize background of learning-working combination,college English teachers are facing such challenges as marginalization of their specialty and course,e-learning,lack of enterprise experience and so on in their professional development.In order to promote their professional development,college English teachers should adopt the following approaches:enhancing their humanistic spirit to further professional affection,leading their teaching and researching with reflective practice,building their teaching teams,becoming digital teachers,and compound developing.
