摘要
为了实现PC连续梁的自动优化设计,文章建立了一个优化模型。借助结构分析程序进行连续梁的估束与应力、挠度、剪力的计算,通过反复调用不同设计变量下的计算数据进行变量优化,直到求得最优解,实现结构优化设计;并基于此模型开发了3跨悬灌施工连续箱梁桥自动优化系统,使得连续梁桥优化设计简单与准确。结合工程实际,以耒水桥为例进行优化设计,结果表明总造价比原设计降低20.1%,结构受力更加合理。
The paper establishes a optimization model to get automatic optimization design of a PC continuous beam. The FEM program is used to calculate the stress of the cross-section, the deflection of the node, the shear of the cross-section and estimate the steel bunches. The optimization model is calculated by repeatedly calling data under different design variables to finish variable optimization, The problem will iterate over and over again until it is solved and the optimization design of structures is done. In addition, the paper develops a program system for the optimization design of three spans cantilever PC continuous beam bridge. It allows that optimization design of continuous beam bridge is simple and accurate. The total cost of the Leishui Bridge reduces 20% and the structure force is more reasonable by using this program system.
