增殖乳腺干细胞——提高奶牛产奶量的新策略

摘要 选育高产品种、提供优质日粮和注射催乳激素等是目前提高奶牛泌乳量的常用方法。增殖乳腺干细胞是一种增加奶牛产奶量的新思路,目前应用报道很少。增殖乳腺干细胞可以减少和挽回因较长的干奶期和乳腺炎等因素造成的产奶量降低所引发的经济损失,具有良好的应用前景。本文综述了奶牛乳腺干细胞的生物学特征、在乳腺发育中的作用以及增殖方法等,旨在为提高奶牛泌乳量提供一种新思路。 High-yielding varieties breeding, optimum diet supply and prolactin hormones injection are conventionally approaches to boost milk yield. Proliferation of breast stem cells, a new strategy to increase yield, can dramatically reduce the amount of milk loss or decline due to a long dry period and mastitis. Cows biological characteristics of mammary stem cells, its role in mammary gland development and prolif- eration methods were reviewed in the paper to provide a new strategy to increase milk yield.
