二手房市场是第三级房地产市场,规模可观。天津二手房地产经纪公司众多,但服务存在同质化竞争问题,无法形成客户依赖性。二手房地产经纪公司需要依据市场和自己状况,定位核心服务差异点,获得竞争优势。
Second-hand housing market is the third level real estate market, and it is a sizable one. Although there are numerous second- hand housing brokerage firm in Tianjin, the homogeneous competition problems exist in services, so it could not meet needs of the customers. Second - hand housing brokerage firm must based on the market and their own condition find the difference among the core services and reestablish a new core service system to gain a competitive advantage and occupy the market
