高职学校体育课程质量评估指标体系的研究与构建

The Research and Construction of the Index System about the Quality Evaluation of Physical Education(PE)Class in Vocational Colleges

以国家体育教育法规为基础,以天津市高职学校的体育工作实际状况为背景,为保障天津市高职学校体育教学质量,提高教学水平。拟定了师资队伍建设、教学条件、教学管理、课程设置、教学文件、体育教学效果、课堂实践、教学反馈八个一级指标,并细化了二级指标,采用专家调查与层次分析的方法确立了各项指标的权重系数。制定了各指标的检查方法与标准。建立了天津市高职学校体育教学质量评定实施细则。

Based on the national laws and regulations of physical education and its actual situation in vocational colleges of Tianjin, this paper tried to give some suggestions in order to ensure the quality of physical education in vocational colleges in Tianjin and improve the teaching level. It drew up eight first grade indicators as the construction of teaching staff, teaching conditions, teaching management, curriculum setting, teaching files, teaching effect, classroom practice and education feedback and refined the secondary grade indicators. It also established the weight coefficient of each index by adopting the investigation of experts and hierarchy analysis. Meanwhile it set the inspection method and standard of each index and formulated regulations for the evaluation of the education quality of PE in vocational colleges in Tianjin.
