2011～2012年安阳市文峰区流动儿童免疫状况调查

Survey on of Immunization Status Among the Migrant Wenfeng District Children,Anyang City,2011-2012

目的了解安阳市文峰区流动儿童免疫状况,制定区域相应免疫策略。方法采用按容量比例概率抽样法(PPS),对2010年1月1日至2011年12月31日出生并在调查地居住大于3个月的210名儿童,进行扩大国家免疫规划疫苗的接种率抽样调查。结果建证率99.52% ,建卡或儿童信息化系统登记率97.61% ,卡介苗(BCG)97.62% 、三剂乙肝疫苗(HepB3)91.90% 、三剂口服脊髓灰质炎减毒活疫苗(OPV3)96.19% 、三剂百白破疫苗(DPT3)95.71% 、第1剂含麻疹成分疫苗(MCV1)91.43% 、甲型肝炎减毒活疫苗(HepA-L)81.43% ;第2剂MCV疫苗(MCV2)和第4剂DPT疫苗(DPT4)分别为89.52% 、80.95% 。流动儿童BCG、HepB3、OPV3、DPT3、MCV1"五苗"全程免疫覆盖率(82.29% )显著低于本地常住儿童(95.61% )。结论流动儿童的预防接种仍然是免疫规划工作中的薄弱环节,流动儿童家长预防接种意识淡薄,是预防接种工作的难点,对流动儿童家长进行预防接种知识的宣传非常必要。

Objective To understand the status of immunization among the migrant children in Wenfeng district,Anyang city,so as to design the relevant strategy and policy for immunization.Methods By applying Probability Proportional to Size（PPS）sampling in the migrant population,210 children were sampled who were born during January 1st,2010 to December 31st,2011 and had been living in Anyang city at least more than three months.The coverage rate of National Immunization Program（NIP）was examined in these children.Results The registration rate was 99.52% ,the rate for vaccine card or electronic registration rate was 97.61% .The completed rate for Bacilli Calmette-Guerin Vaccine（BCG）,Hepatitis B Vaccine（HepB3）,Oral Poliomyelitis Attenuated Live Vaccine（OPV3）,Diphtheria,Tetanus and Pertussis Combined Vaccine（DTP3）,Measles-containing Vaccine（MCV1）,and Hepatitis A Vaccine（HepA）was 97.62% ,91.90% ,96.19% ,95.71% ,91.43% and 81.43% respectively.The completed rate for the second dose of MCV2 and the fourth dose of DPT4 was 89.52% and 80.95% respectively.Overall,the rate for full completion of the total five vaccines including BCG,HepB3,OPV3,DPT3 and MCV1 was significantly lower in the migrant children compared with the household resident children.（82.29% vs 95.61% ）.Conclusion The migrant children＇s vaccination is still the weak link in the immunization program,the vaccination awareness among the parents of migrant children is still the difficult point,it is very necessary to carry out vaccination knowledge publicity among the parents of migrant children.
