磁共振成像在干细胞心肌移植中的应用

摘要 干细胞移植是针对心肌损伤性疾病的再生医学治疗方式。磁共振成像(magnetic resonance imaging,MRI)能观察移植后心脏解剖结构、疤痕形态和心功能等的变化,而且对比剂标记干细胞成像、多模态成像和功能成像可对干细胞迁移、分布、分化等方面提供更多元化、更深入的视角。该文就MRI相关成像技术在干细胞心肌移植中的研究进展作一综述。
