摘要
ISO 5151作为全球通用的无风管房间空气调节器和热泵测试与评定标准,几乎所有的空调测试标准都参照此份标准制定。最大运行制冷作为性能测试的必测项目,主要验证空调器在高负荷工况下的可靠性,最大运行制冷工况的制定对实验的验证结果影响巨大。本文从常见的焓差实验室设备、常见的空调运行参数及空气状态参数对标准中的最大运行制冷工况进行分析讨论,发现标准中室内工况湿球温度设置过低,正常的焓差及热平衡实验台基本无法达到标准要求。
ISO 5151 is a universal testing and evaluation standard about non-ducted air conditioners and heat pumps; and almost all of the air-conditioner test standards refer to this component standard. As the necessary item of performance test, maximum cooling performance mainly verifies the reliability of air conditioner in the high-load condition. The development of maximum cooling performance conditions has important effect on the verification result of test. From the perspectives of common enthalpy difference laboratory equipment, common air conditioner operating parameter, and air status parameter, this paper analyzes the maximum cooling performance in the standard. Finally, it found that the standard conditions of indoor wet bulb temperature is set too low, and the normal enthalpy difference and thermal equilibrium can not meet the standard requirements.
