摘要 有色金属冶炼行业是我国职业病高发行业,而铜冶炼行业又是有色金属冶炼行业的主导行业,其从业人员占有色金属冶炼行业职工的绝大多数,因此铜冶炼企业职业病预防是有色金属冶炼行业职业病重点预防企业。根据现代铜冶炼原料铜精矿中的铅砷含量、铜火法熔炼与吹炼过程中铅砷走向、冶炼过程产生的铅砷健康危害源,探讨了铜冶炼过程中铅砷对岗位职工的潜在健康危害。针对青海铜冶炼项目,根据其原料成分的铅砷含量与选择的冶金工艺流程,计算了项目冶炼过程中的铅砷平衡,为落实国家有关职业卫生法律法规,保护职工健康,维护企业利益,重点从项目的工艺装备、职工个人劳动保护、企业管理尤其是职工岗前、在岗、离岗的健康检查等三个方面,提出了青海铜冶炼项目预防铅砷对职工产生职业健康危害的措施。 Non-ferrous metal smelting is the industry of high incidence of occupation disease in China, and copper smelting is the dominant position in non-ferrous metal smelting industry, its practitioners is majority accounted for non-ferrous metal smelting industry workers, so the occupation disease prevention of copper smelting enterprises is the focus point of occupation disease prevention enterprise in non-ferrous metal smelting industry. The article according to the copper smelting process, the content of the lead and arsenic in the copper concentrate, the distribution and its pollution of lead and arsenic in the smelting process, the health hazards of workers were discussed in this article,to put forward the corresponding protective and management measures for health hazards was caused by the lead and arsenic in Oin^hai conner smelter_
