医院离退休人员管理是医院管理体系中的重要一环。我院以习近平总书记系列重要讲话精神为指导思想,对医院5 00余名离退休人员管理工作的现状进行科学分析,针对经济困难与生活水平相对较低、心理防御能力下降、无人照看孤独感等问题提出相应对策:领导更加重视、经济帮扶、人文关怀、搭建平台和加强信息联系。做好离退休人员管理工作是党的群众路线实践活动的重要载体,离退休党支部的党员领导管理干部应不断提高思想理论水平和管理水平,善于发现问题、积极为离退休人员排忧解难,诚心诚意服务于离退休人员,做好老百姓民心工程,为医院各项事业的发展保驾护航。

Hospital retired personnel management is an important part of hospital management system. With the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping ~eries of important speech as the guiding ideology,thoroughly implement the partyPs mass line, constantly improve the ideological and theoretical level and management level. In tumor hospital as an example ,to carry out scientific analysis of hospital management status of retired staff,put forward the corresponding method to solve the problem. Now there are some statuses as difficult economic and relatively low living level,psychological defense capability downing,unattended loneliness etc. We put forward corresponding countermeasures just as strengthen the leadership attention, economic assistance,humanistic caring,platform building and strengthen the contact information.Therefore, doing retired personnel management work is an important carrier of the party＇s mass line practice. Retirement party branch members and managers should constantly improve the ideological and theoretical level and management level. Good at finding problems, positive for retired personnel exclude the difficulty and anxiety. A matter of conscience in the service of the hospital retired personnel to do people＇s popular works in order to protect the development of various undertakings in the hospital.
