目的为了贯彻《中华人民共和国职业病防治法》以及其他相关法律法规的要求,识别、评价和控制该注塑加工企业可能产生的职业病危害因素,保护作业人员身体健康。方法采用检查表法、现场调查法以及现场检测法。结果该企业在正常的过程中产生的职业病危害因素部分符合国家相关法律法规、标准、规范的要求,但部分岗位存在超标情况,企业应参照评价单位的合理建议有针对性的对超标作业岗位及存在超标隐患的作业岗位进行整改和监管,从而降低生产车间有毒有害物质的浓度和强度,保障从业人员的健康。结论该企业生产工艺较先进,生产设备自动化、密闭化程度较高,车间内针对其存在的职业病危害因素设置了相应的防尘、防毒、防噪声的措施,并在一定程度上保证上述设施的正常运行,评价该项目职业卫生防护措施和职业卫生管理基本符合国家法律法规的要求。
