摘要
以牛心朴子和苦豆子为供试植物,通过对溶剂、助溶剂、乳化剂、水质等的筛选,配制成生物碱微乳剂,并以杀虫活性为指标,考察了pH值、放置时间、温度、乳液稳定性对微乳剂的影响,结果表明:当溶剂用量为30%、乳化剂15%、助溶剂20%时,微乳剂体系为黄色透明的均相液体,透明温度范围为-5-54℃,具有良好的乳液稳定性和热贮冷藏稳定性,可在标准硬水中使用,pH范围为8-12,于室温下放置12个月内药效没有明显变化,有效期较长。
The Alkaloids microemulsion of Cynanchum komarovii and Sophora alopecuroides was prepared by selection and adding of solvent,emulsifier,solubilizer and water. With insecticidal activity as index , the influence factors including diverse time,temperature and pH were investigated. The result showed that the solvent consumption was 30%, emulsifier was 15%and solubilizer was 20%. Under the conditions, the system appeared as yellow transparent homogeneous liquid and keeping stable within 12 months at the temperature in the range of-5-54℃,pH in the range 8-12.
